Joey was our agent when we sold our home, she was wonderful and advised us perfectly on what we should do to present our home to get sold. She  also assisted us in finding our forever home and we couldn’t be happier. She went above and beyond expectations. On the morning of closing our buyer got cold feet. Joey sat down with her and listened to her concerns, she gave her information that eased her worries and gave her confidence in the decision that she was making. If you are looking to buy or a sell a house and you need a realtor this is the place to go! Trista helped us with purchasing our first home and she was spectacular. Through the highs and the lows she was always there to help/support and guide us every step of the way. She was always very responsive to any texts or calls and always got us answers as soon as possible. Joey the owner is also so amazing. She set us up with Trista but always checked in with us to see how things were going and even sent us a congratulatory message minutes after closing! Trista Donovan is five star real estate agent.  She has been my agent in both a buyer and seller situation.  In both situations she represented me in the position I was in. Trista knows her market (extremely knowledgeable), and you will get an honest (not blunt Trista words are always kind) as to what your property is worth or if your offer may be a little low.  She talks to the other agents, and finds out where the seller or buyer is at.  I appreciate this.  As a seller I did; as a buyer I did.  Trista is organized.  When you tell her what your looking for, she will find the best listings to match quickly.--ir the best buyer. In regards to buying,She will send the listings for your approval and then make appointments which fit into all schedule. The closing was organized and went quickly on both my sell and buy--with any checks being in my hands at closing. As a buyer's agent she helped to look at the negative and positives of the property.  And, after she sold the property, she was willing to answer questions. As a seller, she will help you find the best market price, to sell your property quickly. Lastly, Trista is not only an exceptional agent she is a: kind, friendly, and likable person.  You can text or call her with questions and/or problems.  She will do what she can, to make your sale or buy to be a easy and organized experience.  My experience with Trista Donovan and Rosegold reality was exceptional and worry free. Friendly and informative . Very friendly to my 2 boys and myself. Always available to answer the smallest question to the most important ones. Very knowledgeable of the market and suggested houses for me to consider. Was also willing to show homes I had I suggested. Trista made me feel very at ease and less nervous buying my first home. I looked at may homes and was give grace and time to think over my decision. I never felt pressured or hurried to made a decision.
